Jeff Chase

About Jeff
Jeff Chase brings more than 30 years of craftsmanship and hands-on expertise to the luxury homebuilding industry. He began his career at Santa Clara University, majoring in business, before entering the software manufacturing sector. In 1996, Jeff made a decisive career pivot, partnering with his cousin—already an experienced builder—to establish Chase & Arnold, a framing company recognized for its exceptional attention to detail.
Early whole-home spec builds on one-plus-acre lots in Morgan Hill and Los Altos Hills quickly attracted the attention of discerning buyers and real estate professionals. Jeff’s first build-to-suit project in Los Altos marked a turning point, and from there, Chase & Arnold’s reputation for quality construction and thoughtful execution continued to grow. Since 2003, the firm has focused on a select portfolio of high-end custom homes and major remodels, completing more than 75 projects.
Jeff is drawn to custom luxury building for the craftsmanship it demands, the bespoke nature of each residence, and the close collaboration with clients throughout the process. His favorite stage of a project is when drywall is complete and fine finishes begin—when colors, textures, and character come together, and the home truly comes to life for its owners.
Outside the job site, Jeff enjoys spending time in the mountains of Tahoe, staying active through outdoor pursuits, and being with family.

Jeremy Durrett

About Jeremy
With more than two decades of experience, Jeremy Durrett brings a deep, ground-up understanding of luxury homebuilding to every project he leads. He began his career humbly—as an intern “floor sleeper” for a local builder—an experience that gave him firsthand insight into the trades and a lasting respect for every subcontractor on the job site. Jeremy went on to build homes for David Weekley in both Dallas and Austin before launching his own company in 2006, where he completed his first large home in Plano.
From there, his work expanded to include custom lake homes on Lake Cypress in East Texas, as well as Dallas-area hunting and fishing clubs. By 2010, Jeremy had shifted his focus primarily to luxury residences and high-end remodels in the Park Cities and Highland Park, completing more than 50 custom projects across Dallas’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Known for his collaborative approach, Jeremy’s favorite part of the process is working closely with clients to develop and refine their plans, ensuring each home reflects their vision with precision and craftsmanship.
Outside of building, Jeremy enjoys coaching his kids in their various sports and spending time with his family.
